FindFlightNow is an independent, third-party phone support service. We are not an airline and we do not sell airline tickets directly through this website. Any service fee described below is separate from and in addition to the airfare, taxes, and fees charged by the airline.
Service Fees
When our support team assists with tasks such as researching flight changes, cancellations, or rebooking guidance over the phone, a service fee may apply for the time and assistance provided. This fee will be disclosed verbally by our representative before any charge is made.
Airline Fares & Fees
Airfare, baggage fees, seat selection charges, change fees, and any other charges assessed directly by the airline are set by the airline and are outside of our control. These amounts can change based on availability, fare rules, and airline policy at the time of booking or change.
No Hidden Charges
We aim to be transparent about any fees associated with our support services. If you are ever unsure about a charge, ask our representative to explain it fully before agreeing to proceed.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refund eligibility for airfare is determined by the airline's fare rules and policies, not by FindFlightNow. Any service fee charged for our assistance is generally non-refundable once the requested support has been provided, unless otherwise stated at the time of service.
We are not the airline. FindFlightNow provides third-party phone support for flight changes, cancellations, and general booking questions. Any service fee is separate from airline-imposed fares and fees.
